About Emergency Medical Education
Our Founder
Richard Yercheck has been involved in pre-hospital certified emergency care for more than 30 years as an EMT and Ski Patrol first responder. In addition to responding to trauma and medical emergencies, Richard has also taught hundreds of aspiring first responders in CPR, Stop the Bleed and other advanced First Aid and Life Support procedures. Richard has dedicated years preparing individuals to be able to handle any emergency no matter where it happens, in the workplace, in public or at home. Richard is a lifelong North Carolinian and in addition to his first responder work is also the President of Manchester Avenue Securities.
Our History
Founded in 2026, Emergency Medical Education consolidated existing emergency medical training in locations across North Carolina and Upstate South Carolina. The team at Emergency Medical Education has been, and continues to be, dedicated to helping individuals learn life saving techniques. We have a proven 20-year track record of success and are committed to continuing to provide high-quality education for years to come.
